Legal information
Terms written for clarity.
These terms explain how DEEBid.com, DEE memberships, opportunity intelligence, and consulting support may be used.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service apply when you visit DEEBid.com, create a DEE account, buy or use a membership, request a call, use the Jenny chat feature, or receive services from DEE Strategic Solutions LLC (“DEE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to act for yourself or the business you represent. If you act for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that company.
2. What DEE provides
DEE provides independent government-opportunity research, opportunity matching, bid-readiness evaluation, proposal support, and related consulting services described on the applicable plan or written service agreement. Membership features and service limits depend on the plan purchased.
DEE is not a government agency and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any federal, state, or local government entity. DEE does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
3. Opportunity information and customer responsibility
Government notices, budgets, forecasts, deadlines, eligibility rules, and source information can change. DEE uses reasonable research and human review, but does not guarantee that third-party information will always be complete, current, or error-free.
You remain responsible for confirming every live notice with the issuing agency and for all eligibility, certifications, representations, pricing, staffing, bonding, insurance, compliance, and final submission decisions. DEE does not guarantee that you will receive a contract, grant, funding, acceptance, or any particular business result.
4. Accounts and member access
Your account is personal to you and uses your email address as the user ID. Keep your password and access links confidential, provide accurate account information, and promptly tell help@deebid.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not share login credentials, scrape or copy the member portal at scale, bypass access controls, interfere with the website, or redistribute locked opportunity details or DEE work product outside your organization without written permission.
5. Subscriptions, promotions, and payment
Memberships are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. The price, introductory discount, redemption limit, and included services displayed at checkout control your purchase. When a promotion ends, the subscription renews at the regular price shown at checkout unless you cancel before the next billing date.
You authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for recurring fees and applicable taxes. If a payment fails, access may be limited while the payment remains unresolved.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel through the secure Stripe customer portal or by contacting help@deebid.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access through that date.
Fees already paid are not prorated or refunded except when required by law or when DEE expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid a new recurring charge.
7. Responsible use of AI-assisted work
DEE may use artificial intelligence tools to organize research or assist with drafts. AI-assisted work is subject to human review, but you must still review all output and approve every representation and submission. Do not rely on AI-assisted material as legal, financial, or compliance advice.
8. Intellectual property
The DEE name, website, design, research methods, member materials, and original work product are owned by DEE or its licensors. Your company retains ownership of materials it supplies. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, DEE grants active customers a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use delivered materials internally for their own business and bid decisions.
9. Third-party services
The website and memberships rely on third-party services for payment processing, authentication, hosting, communications, and public contracting information. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply. DEE is not responsible for an external service or government website that it does not control.
10. Suspension or termination
DEE may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, credential sharing, unlawful conduct, security threats, misuse of locked information, or a material violation of these terms. When practical, DEE will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
11. Disclaimers and limits
The website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, DEE disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website, third-party notices, or a decision to pursue or not pursue an opportunity.
To the extent permitted by law, DEE’s total liability for a claim relating to a paid membership will not exceed the amount you paid to DEE for that membership during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not permit them.
12. Changes, law, and contact
DEE may update these terms to reflect changes in the website, services, or legal requirements. The effective date above will be updated when changes are published. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
These terms are governed by Kentucky law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Questions about these terms may be sent to deestrategicsolutions@deebid.com. Billing and account questions may be sent to help@deebid.com.
