Source and verification policy

DEE uses official federal, state, county, city, school, university, and public-agency procurement sources. Every public opportunity page identifies the issuing buyer, source, deadline, and most recent DEE verification time when those fields are available.

Freshness and amendments

Open notices are rechecked through connected imports and scheduled maintenance. Deadlines and source records can change without notice. The issuing agency’s official page and solicitation documents always control.

Human-reviewed technology

Automation and AI may help collect, organize, classify, or summarize public information. DEE does not treat automated output as a final eligibility, pricing, legal, or submission decision. Members retain responsibility for every representation and submission.

Commercial independence

DEE Strategic Solutions LLC is an independent Kentucky business. It is not a government agency, is not endorsed by a government buyer, and does not guarantee awards. Membership does not change how opportunities are selected for factual verification.

Corrections

If a record appears inaccurate or outdated, email help@deebid.com with the public URL and official evidence. DEE reviews corrections against the issuing source and updates or removes the record when appropriate.
