RFQ Contractors for Syracuse Lead Grant Program

The City of Syracuse, New York, is formally assembling a pool of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certified and qualified contractors from which the City will solicit quotes for the remediation of lead-based paint (LBP) hazards from structures within its city limits. All remediations will be in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United States federal government and its agencies, including but not limited to the EPA, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYDEC). Successful contractor respondents to this RFQ will be part of the pool for at least three (3) years. The Department of Neighborhood Review the official project, eligibility, response instructions and all addenda before acting.
