The City of New Haven seeks proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide digital and social media communications support for the Office of the Mayor under the direction of the City’s Director of Communications. Services include, but are not limited to, communications strategy and content planning; copywriting; graphic design; photography and video production; social media account management and audience engagement; and performance analytics and reporting.
