Rehabilitation of Residential Single-Family Properties: Plumbers, Roofing, Building, Residential, and General Contractors
OpenGov · Request for Qualifications Revised. Qualification or enrollment program: the portal deadline is the published response-window end, not a promise of immediate work or an award. This RFQ will remain open for the duration of the solicitation period. Vendors may submit responses at any time during the open RFQ period. Submittals will be reviewed on an ongoing basis, and vendors may be evaluated and awarded qualification at any time during the solicitation period. The City administers programs that provide funding to eligible homeowners for home rehabilitation projects. To support these programs, the City is establishing a pool of qualified roofing, plumbing, and general contractors (“Vendors”) eligible to bid on City-funded homeowner projects. This is the fifth solicitation issued to expand the pool, particularly for plumbers. Once selected by a homeowner, Official source lists 5 addenda (references: 121979, 121982, 122894, 125351, 128251). Review the official project, eligibility, response instructions and all addenda before acting.
