THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR THIS SPECIFIC CONTRACT INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION; PROJECT ADMINISTRATION, TITLE SERVICES, APPRAISAL SERVICES, APPRAISAL REVIEW SERVICES, ACQUISITION SERVICES, CLOSING SERVICES, RELOCATION ASSISTANCE SERVICES AND SERVICES FOR THE DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY IN CONNECTION WITH THE NECESSARY RIGHT OF WAY. SPECIFIC SERVICES SHALL BE AUTHORIZED BY INDIVIDUAL WORK AUTHORIZATIONS ON AN AS-NEEDED BASIS AND THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF MINIMUM WORK BY THE CITY.
