PBES primarily operates on the second floor of Napa County's Administration Building but due to the limited capacity of the second floor's current layout, some employees operate out of an area in the Administration Building's basement. The County identified a need to re-evaluate the second floor to facilitate the department’s growth, improve security, consolidate divisions to Review the official project, eligibility, response instructions and all addenda before acting.
