The study shall evaluate the Department's current deployment model, service delivery, operational effectiveness, and community risk, and shall include a Community Risk Assessment, GIS-based deployment and response analysis, Standards of Cover analysis, critical task analysis, unit hour utilization analysis, staffing analysis, and apparatus and capital needs assessment, consistent with CFAI/CPSE Standards of Cover methodology and applicable NFPA standards, with an optional accreditation readiness evaluation.
