The Effective Date of this Agreement will be upon final signature and recording by the City Clerk’s department. Submitting a satisfactory statement of qualifications will not result in an immediate contract and does not guarantee your organization will ultimately be awarded a contract. Rather, successful respondents to this solicitation will be placed on a qualified vendor list and will be eligible to bid on specific contracts identified by the City during the term of the qualified vendor list.
