Youth and Recreation (YARD) Sports and Pro Social Activities Grant

The City of New Haven’s Youth and Recreation Department (YARD) will grant New Haven based non-profit organizations funding to support expenses for current programming to offer the program free or at minimal cost to New Haven school age-youth; school age-youth is defined as individuals between the ages of 5 and 17. Fully remote/online programming will not be supported by this grant. Programming that could be supported could include but is not limited to 1) Introductory clinics to sports 2) Program expansion supplies; or 3) Student scholarships for program enrollment purposes.
