OpenGov · Request for Proposal. Tucson City Court is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors to provide probation monitoring and GPS monitoring services. Tucson City Court is a Limited Jurisdiction Municipal Court with a case load comprised of Criminal Misdemeanor, Criminal Traffic, Orders of Protection, Injunctions against Harassment, Civil Traffic, Local Ordinance, and Parking violations. An average of 600 defendants are on monitored probation at any one time, with approximately 44% having been convicted of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) charges; 35% having been convicted of Domestic Violence (DV) charges and the remaining 20% have most commonly been convicted of a drug or sex offense.
