Lawrence Municipal Airport - Agricultural Land Leasing Opportunity

The City of Lawrence, Kansas, through Lawrence Regional Airport, is requesting competitive bids for the agricultural use and lease of approximately 85.95 acres of Airport-owned property located on and adjacent to Lawrence Regional Airport. The property consists of thirteen (13) separate tracts of land, as identified and depicted in Exhibit A – Full Parcel Map. The City intends to lease the identified property for agricultural purposes, subject to the terms, conditions, restrictions, and requirements established in the resulting lease agreement. The successful bidder will be responsible for agricultural operations conducted on the leased property in accordance with the requirements of the Cit Review the official project, eligibility, response instructions and all addenda before acting.
