The City of Newport News (the “City” or "Owner") is seeking quotes from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and quotes will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to provide for the demolition of athletic field lighting systems at two athletic fields within the City.
