SCHOOL BUS STOP ARM CAMERA ENFORCEMENT EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES

The Town of Manchester is issuing a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to qualified vendors who can provide live digital video school bus stop arm violation detection monitoring systems (the “Monitoring System”) and enforcement program (the “Monitoring Enforcement”) to enhance student safety for the Town and the Manchester Public Schools (“MPS”). This includes the installation, implementation, and operation of certain aspects of the Monitoring System, training and continuing performance of the hardware, software and supporting services needed for this system to function properly.
