Request for Qualifications: Hamilton County Bridge No. 250 Design Services

The Hamilton County Board of Commissioners (the “County”) invites Statements of Qualifications/Letters of Intent (“SOQs/LOIs”) from qualified Architectural/Engineering (“A/E”) firms to provide engineering and design services for the Bridge No. 250 (Hazel Dell Parkway over Blue Woods Creek) Replacement Project (“Project”). For purposes of this RFQ, the terms RFQ/RLOI and SOQ/LOI are used interchangeably and have the same meaning; however, for clarity, this document will refer to them as “RFQ” and “SOQ.” This RFQ will use a qualifications-based selection method that is consistent with 2 CFR § 200.320(iv), 23 CFR Part Review the official project, eligibility, response instructions and all addenda before acting.
