Work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the demolition of existing structures and the construction of a new covered pavilion and associated improvements, including a new ADA ramp, a retaining wall with rails on top, new concrete stairs with a handrail from the existing concession stand, and a pre-made storage building between the ballfields. The contractor shall follow the drawings associated with the project, and any deviation shall be discussed with the County before any work is completed.
