Contractor must have a current Solid Waste Permit issued by the Hawaii State Department of Health issued in their name and submit a copy with bid. Contractor shall provide Regulated Medical Waste Disposal services to include supplies, pickup, transport, and treatment on all Islands serviced. Biohazardous waste services will be needed at two (2) facility locations located on Hawaii Island at the DCR-HCD Health Care Units.
