The purpose for this Request for Proposal is to identify and retain a vendor who will provide and support a citywide Learning Management System (hereinafter “LMS”) for managing, tracking, delivering, and reporting development and training opportunities to City of Naperville's 1,100 employees. The City’s learning environment has continued to expand and currently includes a combination of online and in-person classes, including Human Resources and cybersecurity compliance, safety, emergency/incident management, professional development, and technical training.
