Annual Engineering Services for Water and Sanitary Sewer Projects
OpenGov · Request for Proposal Professional Services. The City of Chesapeake Department of Public Utilities is seeking proposals from consulting engineering firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering, project management, inspection services, and business analysis services on an annual basis for the design of various water and sanitary sewer projects on an as-needed basis . It is anticipated that five (5) or more contracts will be awarded under the procurement process to cover the requested services. The successful firm ( s ) will be required to execute a standard city ar chitect-engineer contract (see A ttachment A ).
