The selected contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, cleaning products, disinfectants, tools, trash liners, personal protective equipment, transportation, quality-control documentation, and other resources necessary to perform the required services. The scope includes recurring janitorial services five days per week, Monday through Friday, generally after 6:00 p.m., unless otherwise authorized by the City.
