The City of Tucson is issuing a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to qualified companies with applicable expertise to provide an automated traffic enforcement safety device system (“ATESD”) for the City of Tucson. This includes the installation, implementation, and operation of certain aspects of the ATESD, training and continuing performance of the hardware, software and supporting services needed for this system to function properly. The proposals shall be for a complete “turnkey” operation. The ATESD includes two main areas of focus, (1) red light enforcement and (2) speed enforcement.
